I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. It’s clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The management team is professional, friendly, and always ready to help.
The maintenance team is truly outstanding — they respond very quickly and fix any issues right away. Their service really gives peace of mind. The location is super convenient for shopping and daily needs.
Another thing I really appreciate is that they organize at least two fun and Game community events in every month. It’s a great way to meet neighbors and makes the community feel welcoming and lively.
The apartment is also a smoke-free environment, which makes it even more comfortable and healthy for families.
If you have kids, this is definitely a place to consider because it’s very close to Greenbrier School, making school drop-offs and pick-ups very convenient.
Overall, it’s a safe, friendly, and family-oriented place to live. I’m really happy here highly recommend
|Recommended: YesThe Point — I read what I left on the last review moments ago and I noticed that I was thankful for blank. What I meant to say, and Siri didn’t understand I have never stayed at the complex where I have met such great friends. It’s just absolutely wonderful.
|Recommended: YesThe Point — I’ve been at The Point now for four years and I find it just fabulous to live here I have met such and I’ve never had that happen at an apartment complex before the maintenance is superb. The staff is superb their prompt to take care of problems and they listen and they have activities for the residence. My only complaint is there’s not enough of those. So I highly would recommend to live here.

All the staff, from office to maintenance, are highly qualified, friendly and helpful. The common areas are kept pristine and the regularly scheduled resident events definitely create that good feel of being home.

|Recommended: YesHome To Me — This is a nice place to live but the noise is ridiculous if you live near Rand Road. It's not the apartment complex that's noisy but I can't really open my slider if I want quiet, due to road noise. Most everything else is good. They are very responsive to maintenance requests which I appreciate. They do raise the rent every year which I think everyone does but it would be nice if the people that have lived here a long time and are good tenants would get a break once in a while. With all that being said, I would recommend the apartments to anyone that asked.
